About Callie
I was born and raised in St. Louis, MO, but have spent the past 5.5 years in California. I attended Pepperdine University, receiving a bachelor's degree in Intercultural Communication and Hispanic Studies. During my time at Pepperdine, I spent an academic year studying abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina, focusing primarily on developing my Spanish. I tutored for 3 years during my college career.
Since graduating, I have been focusing on my art (songwriting, producing, writing, and visual art) and leaning back into my love for learning and tutoring.
I just arrived back from a 3-month artist residency in Barcelona, Spain, and am excited to get back into teaching/sharing my love for this beautiful language

I believe we learn best when we're truly enjoying a subject, so my goal is that every lesson is equally as fun as it is "productive"...
Happy to teach students of all ages up through college! My main subject is Spanish language/grammar, but am also happy to help with any form of writing (creative writing, essays, etc.). Happy to help however I can :)
