About Abby
I have been teaching for the past 7 years in different capacities. Through swim lessons, early childhood education and tutoring up to the collegiate level, I have taught in a variety of settings which contributes to my individualized approach. I work with students and meet them where they’re at in order to help them reach their full academic potential.

I use a compassionate approach to teaching. I believe students learn best when treated with respect and understanding. I often use examples and applications of theory in order to increase understanding. I provide students with an alternate perspective on topics that they may struggle with in order to elicit an “Ah Ha!” moment.
