About Evie Leigh

I'm Evie-Leigh Savage and I am a disabled professional dancer. Four years of managing training alongside autoimmune disease taught me how to strengthen and support my body. I want people to understand more about what their body tells them and how to train it than Instagram tells us, and how your weaknesses can actually be the biggest catalyst for yourself. Everyone deserves to feel the best they can in their body, and my main goal is to get you there safely - no shortcuts or cheats, just real and science-backed training.

About the lesson

Focus on building strength, stamina and flexibility
Lessons from 30 minutes to two hours, depending how deep you want to go.
Recovery is non-negotiable - There isn't progress without it.
Class aimed towards all abilities and ages, including disabilities/accommodations necessary.
