Hi! My name is Maria, and I’m a graduate from Stony Brook University. My job here is to help you succeed in whichever subject you may be struggling with. I don’t like to rush when it comes to building your academic abilities. I’m a great tutor for middle and high school students looking for help in subjects such as US history, European history, geography, comparative politics, and English literature
I have a lot of experience writing strong essays, and a typical lesson with a student would look like going over current class material and building a comprehensive lesson plan that takes int account the student’s learning style. I place heavy importance on a student’s learning approach.
With that in mind, I will work with the student by focusing on important academic skills they can utilize in any future academic environment.
