About Harriet
As a graduate of Art History and Philosophy I have demonstrated my ability to research the subject in-depth. Alongside my academic achievements I have also held various positions within the realm including volunteering with the Whitstable Art Gallery, the Nottingham Contemporary Gallery, the Venice Agendas in Folkestone and more. I enjoy visiting galleries in my spare time and reading literature on the subject.

My approach to teaching is person-centric; I find the most value in understanding how you learn best and apply that to my teaching methods. A typical lesson will begin with a learning objective, and at the end we will recap so I can feel confident that you have understood what we have been learning. With a history subject context is very important so this is something I will draw deeply on, in the hopes that you will be able to immerse yourself in the subject. I work with GCSE students though would consider A Level/college.
