About Suzy
My name is Suzy, I am 24 and I have recently moved back to Sheffield. I attended the university here for four years until I graduated in 2021. Since then, I have spent the summers teaching sailing in Greece, and the winters working a variety of jobs at home, in London. I now work for a tech start-up part-time, in their Customer Success team.

My sessions involve breaking down questions into digestible parts and talking through problems together with students. I am an advocate for positive reinforcement and self-lead learning, and think it is important to cater sessions towards how an individual learns.
I have a Masters degree in Structural Engineering, and my A-levels were in Maths, Physic, Biology and History. I have taught GCSE science and maths sessions for the past year in London, and have taught sailing to students aged 7 - 18 for around 10 years.
My sessions are for students from Year 7 to Year 11, although I would happily do sessions for younger.
