About Jayda

Students and families can feel confident knowing they are working with a professional, reliable, and experienced tutor. During my time at Xavier University of Louisiana, I served as an official tutor for the Biology Department, where I supported fellow students in mastering challenging coursework, preparing for exams, and developing strong study strategies. This role required not only subject expertise but also professionalism, patience, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively. As a Xavier graduate with hands-on tutoring experience, I understand the academic standards and expectations of college-level science and psychology courses, and I’m committed to providing structured, dependable, and high-quality support. My goal is to create a respectful, encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and confident in their success.

About the lesson

As a proud graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana, I bring both strong academic training and real-world understanding to every tutoring session in psychology and biology. Xavier’s rigorous science and health-focused curriculum helped me develop a deep foundation in complex concepts, and I’m passionate about making those subjects clear, approachable, and even enjoyable for students. I tailor each session to your learning style, break down difficult material into simple steps, and focus on building confidence—not just memorization—so you can truly master the content and perform well on exams. Whether you need help with foundational topics or advanced coursework, I’m dedicated to helping you reach your goals and succeed. Book a session with me and let’s turn challenging subjects into strengths!
