Francesca, before becoming teacher, was actually my student, so I had the chance to meet and get to know her when she was very young (she was 17 or 18) and even then she was dutiful and creative.
Now these qualities have become even more clear: as a teacher she manages to be resourceful and ingenious, as I could ensure myself when she did an intership at the school I teach in. She has a good general knowledge and is very professional and trustworthy, but she can also estabilish good relationships with her students easily: as a matter of fact she has great empathy, as she proved even coping succesfully with thorny issues.
To sum up, I think Francesca is a brilliant teacher because she is able to create a peaceful environment, always bringing something original to the lesson.
What more can I say? I would fully entrust her with my own students!
