About Gabriela

As a graduate of Otis College of Art and Design, I have a strong skill set in traditional and digital painting. I have painted backgrounds for indie animation studios, and my primary work experience is in education as a teaching assistant for both high school and college-level life drawing and painting. I am well-versed in acrylic painting techniques and apply my knowledge to digital painting software.

About the lesson

These lessons are for those who want to strengthen their fundamentals, grow as an illustrator and painter and train their eye for composition, value, color theory, and lighting.
Starting from grayscale and dipping into color and lighting over time I will ensure a good foundation for you to be able to continue your journey as an artist with the proper tools and techniques.
