About Ashanti
As a student , I was always very timid and shy. I was never one to raise my hand or speak out and have a discussion. But as I went to college and I got older , I realized how much I could have actually grown and learned if I had spoken up. As a teacher now, I encourage all of my students to speak up and to let their minds be heard and informed. That’s what I would do with you.

My lessons revolve around real world and current trends, issues and events. I believe that in order to keep a student engaged and interested in learning there must be something tangible for them to relate to. I am heavily into conversation and discussion about a variety of topics from art to history to science and how the world works.
