About Brooke
I am a tutor at my graduate school and have been recommended for several courses over my two years of study. I was also a tutor in my undergraduate school. I have taught well over 20 students about various subjects including anatomy and physiology, general chemistry, and computer sciences. A lot of times I worked with kids that were failing courses prior to coming in to tutoring and ended up passing their courses. I enjoy working with these people because the reward is so great. However, this outcome cannot be guaranteed unless you are willing to put in the extra effort and don't use tutoring as a last ditch effort to pass a course at the last minute.

I am a graduate student who is available to give lessons on health-related scientific subjects such as anatomy, physiology, neuroscience, kinesiology, exercise science, clinical pathology and nutrition to high schoolers, and college students. I like to teach by asking questions, and will be able to provide YouTube videos for frequently asked questions. My lesson structure is to first ask you what you want to get out of the lesson, and then to reverse engineer to make it so each session reaches your goals.

Brooke has an incredible way of taking any subject, understanding it herself and then breaking down the information in various ways. I have struggled in the past with tutors that are only able to explain information in one way and Brooke went above and beyond for me to understand my material!
Brooke is a trustworthy person and has a natural desire for learning and helping others. She takes her studies very seriously, so she knows her stuff!
Brooke is an extremely detailed individual which allows her to portray difficult concepts in a way that anyone can grasp. She also makes learning fun which helps the information stick. Anyone would be lucky to have her as a tutor!

The reason for more expensive travel rates is mostly for gas money but also because of added time. I prefer to do web lessons and will gladly do webcam lessons which are at a cheaper price because they are my preference and they are more convenient. I will be able to get back to you much faster that way. I am also willing to do YouTube videos for frequently asked questions!
