I share my knowledge by getting to know my students likes and dislikes. I try to engage with my students in the best way I know how over the whiteboard. I encourage participate and ask them to read passages. I sometimes do problems with my students and always praise my students whether they are right or wrong. Motivation is huge when it comes to learning. I try to be a little goofy and laid back, because if learning is stressful its hard to process the material. So, most of my students love coming back to me and look forward to my lessons. :)
