About Matt
Matt Dunn | Actor & Filmmaker | Storyteller with a Passion for Cinema
I’m Matt Dunn, an actor and filmmaker with a deep-rooted passion for storytelling in all its forms. My journey began at the American Musical & Dramatic Academy in Los Angeles, where I honed my craft as an actor, learning from some of the best in the industry. This foundation led me to pursue filmmaking at Futureworks University in Manchester, where I expanded my creative horizons behind the camera.
I’m passionate about creating and contributing to projects that resonate with audiences, whether through acting, directing, or producing. My goal is to continue telling compelling stories that entertain, inspire, and provoke thought.

I’m passionate about guiding beginners through their first steps into the world of acting. My teaching approach is grounded in creating a supportive and encouraging environment where students can explore their creativity, build confidence, and develop a strong foundation in acting techniques.
Lesson Structure:
I focus on a blend of foundational acting techniques, including method acting, character development, and scene study.
Through a combination of improvisation exercises, monologue work, and scene practice, I help students develop their skills in a way that feels natural and enjoyable.
Typical Length: Each lesson typically lasts 60 minutes, providing ample time to cover new material, practice techniques, and receive feedback.
Who the Lessons Are For:
My classes are designed for beginners, including children, teenagers, and adults who are new to acting or who want to build a solid foundation. Whether you’re exploring acting as a hobby or considering it as a future career, my lessons are tailored to meet you where you are and help you grow.
Through my tutoring, you’ll develop not only your acting skills but also increased confidence, self-expression, and an understanding of how to bring characters to life. My goal is to help you discover your unique voice as an actor and give you the tools to continue growing in your craft.
