About Rebecca
My educational background is from the University of Baguio in Music. I have 21 years of experience in piano and 17 years in violin. I have been teaching music lessons since I was 12 years old.
I teach technique, music theory, composition, performance, rhythm, and sight reading. I have an eclectic approach to teaching my students which allows me to teach in person or online. The age range of my current students is 5 years old to Adult. I am happy and willing to teach students of all ages.
I have also taught in the classroom setting at Midwestern Christian Academy in Chicago.

I teach from Piano Adventure books if younger kids, and I am very passionate about my students learning theory, lesson, technique and performance. I usually have a recital set up every 4 months (December, April, and August) to showcase what the students have are learning.
