I have 10+ years of dance experience in ballet and jazz. 8 years experience in contemporary and hiphop, and 5 years experience in tap and modern. I joined the ingredients dance company and was a teaching assistant at dance conventions around the country.

I train my students to gain strength and flexibility over time with stretch and strengthening techniques. I incorporate basic biology into my lessons to teach the students how to assess if they are pushing their bodies too far. Most importantly, I cater all of my lessons to the skillset of the student.
