About Courtney
I am currently training for my teaching qualification and I am currently working as an unqualified teacher in a primary school in doncaster. I have worked in a number of schools across doncaster, typically working in 1:1 SEN roles. This has enabled me to develop my teaching skill set and has allowed me to adapt my skills to a wide range of pupil needs.
During my own schooling as a young teenager I homeschooled; this enabled me to build a strong ability to plan lessons and gather resources as I had to teach myself the course content for both my GCSE's and A-levels.
Alongside my teaching qualification I am also studying for a Bsc in Psychology as this has been my passion since I began secondary school, second only to chemistry :)

I work by splitting the topics up and teaching them in a way that is understandable and engaging. I work a lot with past papers as I find the best way to study for an exam is to practice as much as possible looking at the actual exam, this not only gets students used to answering questions in a way that exam boards want but helps to solidify key knowledge too.
My lessons can be any length but I typically work in 60 - 90 minute time slots.
I have years of experience tutoring and I am currently undergoing training to become a qualified teacher whilst working as an unqualified teacher in a Doncaster school.
My lesson availability would be 8am-12pm and then 4pm-7pm on weekdays and 9am-6pm on weekends. I work bank holidays and school holidays too if required.

Courtney is such a friendly individual and she is so reassuring when it comes to yoga. I was very nervous about starting yoga lessons because I am not very bendy haha but Courtney was so lovely and made me feel really comfortable in my own abilities. I would recommend her to anyone looking for yoga teacher.
Courtney is a fantastic tutor shes understands that we don't all learn in the same way and she easily adapts to this. She is also very friendly and greats a good connection between tutor and learner.
