About Romina
Hi there! Im a recent graduate from the University of Aberdeen with an MSc in Health Data Science and a BSc(Hons) in Computing science. I have 2 years of tutoring freelance to a variety of students from primary to secondary education and 1 year of academic teaching as a course demonstrator at the University of Aberdeen teaching Intro to programing to 1st year students and Enterprise for Computing Science for 3rd year students. I understand the varying needs of different students and have experience with changing my teaching methods to suit student learning patterns

My teaching method is unorthodox, I do not provide grades or percentages I will only mark based on the understanding of concepts, If a student is struggiling more on a paticular topic I will provide resources such as textbook pdfs and tailor worksheets and additional homework to that topic to encourage students I have a "certificate" system in place for younger students where if the student has shown exemplary work or exceeded standards they will get a personlaised "certificate" for older students I find verbal praise to be more effective. I have a free assesment session to asses the students level and from there I will create a study plan and start lessons from there should you wish to continue.
