About Peter
I am a graduate from the university of Edinburgh with a degree in Spanish and English Literature. I have studied in Spain and taught English in Argentina which has given me an experience of authentic, everyday spoken Spanish as well as the academic discipline of learning a language. As a CELTA-qualified EFL teacher I am also familiar with the latest teaching techniques regarding language learning in general, not just with English, and have experience in working with students in a vast range of age and experience.

Learning and speaking a language can often be confusing, daunting and even embarrassing for students. My aim is to break down the often misunderstood process of language learning and make it a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere where mistakes are not only ok, but crucial!
My teaching method will vary depending on the needs of the student. As language is such a multi-faceted discipline I understand that each individual has different learning styles, strengths and weaknesses. I am ready to help with any area from speaking and listening to writing and grammar.
