About Adrián
Hello, my name is Adrián and in 2017 I finished my studies as a graduate in Art History. Since then I have been working in parallel in contemporary art museums and teaching online history, art history and last year Spanish, while working at the Metropolitan Arts Centre in Belfast, Northern Ireland. I always liked studying, understanding and passing on these subjects related to the social sciences, so I enjoy teaching and try to make my classes enjoyable. I am currently studying for my Master's degree to become a secondary school teacher while still involved in cultural activities and teaching online. My maxims are to enjoy learning and try to adapt to the needs of each person. We must reinforce what costs us the most and do it in a way that facilitates the attention to the subject we are working on. We will work on study techniques: underlining and outlines of contents, but we will also do other types of activities such as presentations, debates or short essays. We will start by working with the manuals and textbooks that you have been given and in parallel we will work with videos or other references that in a more current way deal with the same subject. Finally, whenever we have a test or exam in sight, we will focus on preparing those specific questions or topics that we are going to examine. This is my method, but as I say at the beginning we will try to adapt it to the interests of each person.
