About Alessia
I graduated from the Liceo Classico Ugo Foscolo in Pavia, I graduated in Classics at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan and I am currently enrolled in the degree course in Modern Philology at the same university. The passion for the humanities such as Latin, Greek and Italian literature was born immediately, already from the first year of high school, and has accompanied me throughout my life; my biggest goal is to be able to transmit this passion of mine to other young people and show them that these are not subjects made up only of declensions, verbs or paraphrases to be studied by heart, but of disciplines rich in facets, aspects to investigate and authors who even today, centuries later, can tell us something.

A fundamental part of my lessons is the dialogue with the student, in order to understand what his insecurities are and the aspects he wants to deepen.
I usually start lessons by doing the homework assigned, giving great importance to the study and review of the theoretical aspects; as far as classical languages are concerned, I dedicate a lot of time to translation, concentrating on the method to be used and making sure that the student can assimilate and acquire it completely, so as to be facilitated in individual translations.
The most important aspect for me is that the kids reach their goals and feel more confident in approaching these subjects, being able to appreciate them as I did and to be fully satisfied with their results.

Alessia è una professionista in questo campo, ha anni e anni di esperienze alle spalle con tutti i tipi di alunni. E' seria, professionale, preparata e tutti i suoi ragazzi hanno sempre raggiunto i loro scopi.
Oltre a essere un'insegnante competente e affidabile, è una persona comprensiva, gentile e paziente. Ha un'impostazione differenziata e orientata a ogni alunno, e riesce a trasmettere una passione che non ho trovato in nessuno dei miei insegnanti a scuola. Sono stata sua allieva per un anno e grazie a lei ho alzato il voto di latino nel giro di qualche mese. Consigliatissima!
