my methods are totally different because every student hashis/her own pace of understanding and graspingthe knowledge about the certain activities , so i figure that pace of the student and start comfortably with him/her and then push the limits a bit , so one can get better at the particular task.I do brief children once a week about what they are doing, where it helps, and all sort of things related to the task along with motivation.
