About Todd
Hi I’m Todd,
I am a 27-year-old New Zealander doing online tutoring while living abroad.
Up until this point in my life I had always taken the straight road through life since University. I am a qualified Joiner and worked running the largest pallet racking installation crew in New Zealand.
Most recently I ran a pallet racking company in Brisbane, Australia.
After a year of this I’ve decided to try a different path of working remotely and traveling the world whilst sharing my love for the subjects I studied.
I’m fairly casual, certainly not a professor type but every day I use the tools I learned in philosophy to shape my decisions.
I take a lot from figures such as Marcus Aurelius and Plato. I use these in my own personal ethos.
I am a firm believer in doing the thing, no matter what that looks like. Jumping from the plane, surfing the waves, just whatever it is I’m doing it full force.

Ethics, Bioethics, Meta Ethics, Paradoxes the list goes on. I’ve always found Philosophy easy to study for because I always found it interesting. The required reading was always easy to consume as I wanted to learn.
I think this is the best way to approach the learning of any subject, if it’s not interesting you’re not going to be interested.
