About Silvia
Studying languages and browsing other cultures has always distinguished me. After a linear scholastic and academic career crowned with a degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, I have carried out various experiences of study trips and internships abroad (Ireland, England, Russia, Poland). I worked as a translator and as an English teacher organizing group courses and private lessons for adults and students. Decades of experience in helping homework and preparing certifications (PET, FCE). I am close to the master's degree in ENGLISH AND RUSSIAN specializing in linguistics and communication.

No to boring and static frontal lessons, language is a living subject! Whether for study or for work, learning English must be lived with interest, which is why my method is personalized and is modeled on the individual needs, objectives and interests of the group / student, creating a comfortable environment. Without forgetting the sacred grammar, errors are not demonized, but analyzed together and the lessons are inspired by communicative situations extrapolated from "real life" with a precise focus on conversation (and writing), stimulating discussions and critical skills. I also offer insights using various media (reading articles taken from current newspapers / magazines, viewing documentary clips, films, other multimedia supports).
