About Kevin
I graduated from Adrian College as a Math major while studying Education to earn my teacher's certificate. I have taught and tutored all levels of secondary Math--from 6th grade to high-level undergrad for college students! Teaching in a variety of schools and tutoring to a wide range of students (from ACT to middle school to college) has given me the perspective to see from your standpoint to meet students where they are and help them get to where they want to be.

If it weren’t for Kevin, I would’ve had to re-take my college level Pre-Calculus… for the second time. Kevin explained things in a way that 2 semesters of taking the class couldn’t explain. He never made me feel inadequate if I didn’t understand as he always motivated me with positivity and made me feel like I could always figure it out. I always tell people that without Kevin I’m not sure if I would’ve ever passed that Pre-Calc class.
Kevin is thoughtful and provides feedback that is helpful and not judgmental. He is consistent, clear, and communicates information in an easy to understand way. Math has never been my strongest and he was able to make a safe space for mistakes to be made and learned from.
