About Belen
I'm a Circus Artist (contortionist and hand balancer) born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
I moved to United States two years ago, since then I'm building myself here teaching privates, coaching personalized training process, and teaching group classes.
I have been teaching Flexibility for 9 years already. I started teaching Yoga and Handstand in the las 3 years. I simply love teaching, It's a way to generate a nice exchange with the world and nourish myself by accompanying the students' processes.

In these classes we will develop flexibility by increasing the range of motion of the joints along with strength and stretching techniques.
I work from a holistic perspective, it's important to me to create a safe and trusting space for you.
Besides setting our goals, I insist that the sessions are totally modifiable and adaptable to your available energy of that day.
That's why I like to clarify that if you need a more spiritual practice, there is also room for Asanas, Pranayama and Meditation.
