About Raúl
After several years of experience in academies in Vigo and Pontevedra as a piano teacher, I have become interested in giving private lessons to have a close relationship with the students. I am an organized, committed person, committed to my work as a teacher and eager to promote art and culture in Galicia.
I have studied a master's degree in solo performance at the Katarina Gurska center in Madrid with professors Nino Kereselidze and Andrey Yaroshinsky of great international prestige. I have done the Higher Grade of piano at the Superior Conservatory of Music of Vigo.

To master the Piano and its technique we will base ourselves on the following points:
1. Master the Gesture and the bodily connection with the instrument. For this we use modern methodologies such as the Alexander Technique and stretches adapted for pianists.
2. Delve into the melody, rhythm and harmony. These three things are the engine of music.
3. It is important to see the evolution and relationship between the works based on their time and context.
4. Work on a large repertoire: classical music, soundtracks, modern music, jazz and other styles.
