About Sandra
My name is Sandra, I am from Spain and I have studied Modern Languages and Translation (with English and German) at the University of Alcalá. I have worked as an English teacher in an academy and I have also been giving private lessons for years. I currently work at a high school in Germany as an assistant teacher.
In this way, I consider myself a person with enough knowledge to be able to teach, but, of course, you never stop learning and I really like to keep looking for new ways of teaching, activities, games to learn, etc. Moreover, I love receiving feedback from students and knowing what they really need and like in order to find a method with which we are all comfortable.

I have experience giving private lessons and also in an academy at all levels and to both children and adults. The classes are always focused depending on the needs of each student.
When the student is looking for support for their classes at school, high school, university, etc., if possible, I work with their own materials, such as books. Even so, I like to use my own materials, especially to work more on the aspects that are needed.
If there are no materials of the student's own, then I will provide the materials as needed, I can even help with "notes" to explain, for example, grammar rules.
On the other hand, I also have experience helping to prepare Cambridge exams (KET, PET, FIRST and CAE) which are the ones I have experience with because I have also taken them at some point.
