About Yusra

Hello, I’m Yusra, an English tutor with a strong academic background, including a Bachelor of Arts in Education, a Master of Education, and a Master of Philosophy in English. I’m passionate about helping students build a solid foundation in English because I believe language is the key to confidence, opportunity, and self-expression. I enjoy supporting learners as they grow, especially at the early stages, and I aim to create a positive, encouraging environment where you feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and improving every day.

About the lesson

I approach private English tutoring for foundational learners with a strong focus on building confidence, core literacy skills, and a supportive learning environment. Drawing on my Bachelor of Arts in Education, Master of Education, and Master of Philosophy in English, I use evidence-based strategies to develop reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in a structured yet engaging way. I tailor lessons to each learner’s needs, using clear explanations, guided practice, and meaningful activities that connect to real-life contexts. My goal is to ensure students not only understand the basics of English but also feel motivated and capable as they progress.
