I work from a place of open appreciation towards cultures, privileges and oppression, intersectionality, and the use of open and honest growth-minded feedback. I believe in constructive feedback aimed at growth, without using person-centered criticism (you are not your work). Works well with understanding rubrics of professors, as well as advocating for personal morals through work-- if you feel like something you are being taught goes against everything you stand for, how can we work to communicate in a way that both suits your professor/teacher and yourself?
