About Krista
I love cooking and baking and any type of home ec. I believe this is a dying art for some because in this busy world many choose convenience over the satisfaction of presenting something that impresses others and was made by hand. Over two years ago now I became gluten free. So I have had to learn and experiment with what taste good and works. Through this I have painstakingly discovered how many things I can't eat because gluten is in everything. Sonow that I have accumulated knowledge of such things I want to share it with others.

did 4-H for 13 years. During that time I learned how to bake, sew, and experiment. I have been learning how to cook since the age of 5. Since leaving 4-H, I have expanded my skills into learning how to do gluten free, put on a large spread for guests, and instinctively cook any recipe I get my hands on. I love to teach others these skills, and truly believe that anyone canlearn how to cook as long as they pay attention and put in the effort.
Learn with me and I will break down every step by step and explainreasons why I do things, or why something works. I can explain the thought behind substitutions, and what foods compliment each other, as well as everything else.
