About Jessie
Hi, I’m Jessie Skyy, a creative soul and overthinker who’s learned how powerful it can be to just stop, breathe, and be. I’ve had my own struggles with anxiety, overthinking, and low moments — never clinically diagnosed, but still a very vivid part of my journey. Those experiences taught me empathy, patience, and the importance of having a safe space to unwind without judgment. That’s exactly what I want to create for others — especially overthinkers, people-pleasers, and anyone who simply needs a calm place to rest their mind. My sessions are about helping you reconnect with yourself, release tension, and start rewriting the way you speak to your own thoughts. I also understand that life happens — sometimes we just need someone to listen or guide us through a tough morning. That’s why I welcome “emergency” sessions when possible. While I can’t always meet every request or late-night call, I’ll do my best to fit you in whenever I can. This space is for you — real, warm, and human.
