About Elise
I have 7 years of experience teaching guitar and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Performance. My journey as a teacher started with a passion for helping students understand music in a simple and practical way. I focus on building strong foundations first.
I believe every student learns differently, so I adjust my teaching style based on their pace and comfort. Some students need more structure, while others learn better through creativity. I support both approaches in a balanced way.
Outside teaching, I continue to play guitar, explore different music styles, and study new learning methods. This helps me bring fresh ideas into my lessons. My aim is to help students grow into confident and expressive guitar players.

My guitar lessons focus on helping students build strong rhythm control and clean playing technique. We work on chord changes, strumming accuracy, fingerstyle patterns, timing awareness, fretboard understanding, and smooth coordination. Each lesson is designed to make playing feel natural and confident.
Students practice through guided exercises, song-based learning, rhythm drills, ear training, and simple improvisation tasks. I explain each concept in an easy way so learners can understand how to apply it directly to real music. Mistakes are treated as part of the learning process.
Over time, students become more comfortable with their instrument and develop their own musical voice. They gain better control, stronger timing, and more expressive playing. My goal is to help every learner enjoy music while building solid guitar skills step by step.
