I CONTINUE TO GIVE VISIO AND PHYSICS COURSES Hello! I am Lucile, Yoga teacher trained in New York, certified Yoga Alliance, published on POPSUGAR, Yahoo Lifestyle and Yoga Basics. I was interviewed by Mental Health America for a documentary on the impact of yoga on mental health and stress management. My classes are accessible to everyone and my sequences are designed to be anatomically safe: I adapt the poses to the unique needs of your body, not the other way around! If you have injuries, back pain, want to loosen up your body after spending days sitting at your desk or want to increase your athletic performance in another sport, you will like my course. My classes are also a pleasant and easy to organize time: they start on time, organic relaxing essential oils and ultra-adherent Jade yoga mats Classes can take place at my place in a nice bright room dedicated with plants, and a Himalayan salt lamp. I have all the gear you can find in a studio: bricks, cushions, blankets, straps and rugs. Each session has a physical or energetic theme depending on what you want to work on, they are of course adapted to the unique needs that you will communicate to me in advance. Here is a "classic" session 5 minutes of work on breathing and anchoring 10 minutes of progressive activation where we lay the bases of the important movements for this session 10 minutes of pure flow, a breathing, a movement with variations of greetings in the sun 25 minutes of consolidation with balance poses, standing, seated and ground poses 10 minutes of calm and relaxation TEACHED DISCIPLINES: -Viynasa yoga is a dynamic yoga, more or less intense according to your desires. Benefits: flexibility, muscle strengthening, stress management, better sleep, concentration, relaxation. -Prenatal and postnatal yoga: For Pre-Natal Yoga classes, let me know what trimester you are in, and any useful information given by your doctor. For Post-Natal Yoga, once the resumption of physical activities authorized by your doctor, it is important for me to know if you have had any complications during your pregnancy. -Hatha Yoga -Restorative Yoga: Restorative Yoga (also called Restorative Yoga) is a very gentle yoga, where the positions are held for a long time (5 to 10 minutes) and where the body is fully supported by blankets, cushions and other blocks. It is ultimate relaxation for body and mind.
