I have been an assessor of health and social care since 2007 and have teaching qualifications to deliver the subjects and functional skills in Maths and English.

About Lynn
I have delivered apprenticeship frameworks for the health and social care vocation travelling a distance in the past to deliver in different work settings such as dementia care, mental health care, sensory impairments and elderly residential care settings and home care. Before being an assessor I was in management in a rehabilitation unit for age 40+ with physical and sensory impairments helping adults with daily living skills to return to their own homes after a brief stay in hospital.

My method of teaching is to ensure that all my learners acquire the knowledge of the subjects they have chosen to undertake as I have experience of many subjects in the field of social care and can do this by interactive methods or face to face support.
