About Marie
I want every student I tutor to feel heard, understood, and respected. No question is stupid-- I believe learning should be empowering, not shameful. For me, tutoring is a symbiotic relationship in which both parties are working towards the same goal of increasing the tutee's understanding, effective utilization of skills, and literary confidence. I am lucky enough to have had the opportunity to work with truly wonderful professors, and hope to replicate that experience for others.
