I have a broad experience working in the Education field which began in 2014 when I started working as a teaching assistant in a primary school, working across the whole of Key Stage 2, ages 7-11. I have taught various subjects including, English, Maths and Science, as well as other non-curricular subjects. I have also worked in Key Stage 1 and have taught 5-6 year olds.
Currently, I am completing my PGCE and will be a qualified teacher by the summer of 2017. Since starting my teacher training I have taught a Year One class in all subjects and have been graded as an 'Outstanding' student teacher.
I hold a BA(Hons) degree in Drama and therefore can also teach those studying GCSE Drama and Performance based subjects.
I would consider myself a friendly, approachable person who is honest and polite. I'm a pro -active person and love to travel. I hope to teach at a primary institution abroad in the future.
