About Rachel
People have always been at the heart of everything I do. Whether I was travelling and meeting people from all walks of life, working internationally alongside teams from vastly different backgrounds, or leading teams in corporate environments - it's the human connection that has always energised me most.
Over the years, that passion for people has led me to a realisation: I want to do more than manage or lead, I want to genuinely help people unlock what's possible for them. I've seen first-hand how much potential goes untapped, not because people lack ability, but because they get stuck. Sometimes all it takes is the right support to get unstuck.
I know this because I've lived it. I've worked with a life coach myself for six years, and the impact it has had on my own life has been profound. It gave me clarity, confidence, and the tools to make changes I'd been putting off for far too long. That experience is a big part of why I decided to train as a coach myself.
I believe wholeheartedly that everyone has the power to change and to achieve their goals. Sometimes we just need someone in our corner, someone to ask the right questions, hold the space, and help us find our way forward. That's what I'm here to do.

I'm looking for a small number of people who'd like to experience a full coaching programme - completely free. In return, all I ask is your honest feedback and, if it feels right, a testimonial. As part of my coaching qualification, I'm working with a small group of clients to complete my practical training hours. This means you get the full experience of a structured 6-week programme - the same depth and care as a paid programme - while I complete an important part of my course.
