About Mariana
Especially among secondary school students, I see that many feel the difference between the 3rd cycle and this new chapter. It is completely normal for it to take some time to adjust to the work pace and workload of this new cycle.
Therefore, in our explanations we will explore new study methods, testing what works and what doesn't work for each student! My main goal is to provide the right tools to help you achieve your goals!
I always believe that good study is not the kind of study that involves 1000 hours in front of a book, but rather quality study. I believe that your free time and time with friends and family is very important, so I want to teach you how to study! :)

. I adapt different methods for each student - sessions just for questions, explanations + exercises suggested by me, etc. This depends on the student's profile. I have worked with students who want to get out of negative grades, but also with students who want to go from 18 to 20.
. Usually, the explanations are divided into two parts: Reviewing the material with everyday examples (especially the FQA) and followed by a part of exercises (both example exercises, where I explain how to "attack" the problem but, we also focus on an individual component, essential to improve in the assessment component). But it can also be just intensive doubt-solving classes :)
. In the last 3 years, even online, I have had students who went from negative to 16/17 in a short period of time in MathA and who managed to get into the desired option in higher education!
.With 3rd cycle students, I gave group explanations, where I had to adapt the explanation to each student but also to the group context! Very good dynamics!
. For online explanations we use Google Meets, I give the explanation on the tablet, in a OneNote document. This system works like a Whiteboard, exactly like a class. At the end of each explanation, I send some extra homework and the explanation notes.
