About Shane
Having worked in the sales industry for over 20 years, I thought it was time to take up what so many people had advised me to do .
I returned to college and starting studying Personal/Professional Life Coaching with Neuroscience and instantly loved the course.
I'm a member of World Association of Coaches with Neuroscience and The Coaching Masters.
I coach groups, give talks and one to one sessions.
If you told me 6 years ago that this would be me today, I would have laughed at you.
Back then, I just accepted and opened up on suffering with depression for 20 years. As a male, I thought I'd beat it over time, but how foolish was I.
Since then I go to coaching
sessions, to ensure I keep open minded and in a rewarding state.
If any of this sounds familiar to you, don't deny it or put off reaching out to talk.
The one piece of advise I will give is, reach out when you are ready, resourceful and wholesystem.
Don't be a people pleaser and just go to keep someone else happy.
You must be 100% ready to engage, as I was.

Firstly the meaning of Coaching with Neuroscience and difference between Life Coaching and Counselling.
Ensure a good understanding of each category.
Explain how we can rewire our brain to include Head Heat and Gut to bring open mindset, self belief and confidence into our daily living and occupations.
Students are taught how to work on their core values, beliefs and boundaries, time management, goal setting, planning and career development.
Learning how to prioritise events and issues in your life and being able to say no to people without feeling guilty.
