About Amanda
Hi everyone, my name is Amanda and I'm excited to be your tutor! My academic background is strong in the areas you'd likely be looking for in a tutor. I went to UCT for a double major in Finance and Information Systems, which gave me a solid foundation in analytical thinking and problem-solving. Additionally, I was recognized for my mathematical abilities throughout my schooling, having received the prestigious SAICA Top 1 Award in Math and consistently ranking among the top students in high school. These experiences not only honed my understanding of these subjects but also instilled in me a passion for helping others learn. I believe my academic achievements coupled with my natural ability in Math, Physics, and Life Sciences would make me a valuable asset as your tutor. I'm confident in my ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely, catering to different learning styles.
