About Anzil
I am currently in my second year of university and I have been working out for three years. In the time, I have had to train a lot of my friends and others which has led me to understand a lot about weight loss and working out and different people’s fitness goals and have been able to show them the path to reach their goals.

Fitness goals often take more time than we think and so we lose interest when we don’t get results but the true way to be fit is to enjoy the process more than the result. I have helped many of my friends and others to do this in the past and am confident I can continue to do so.
