About Riya
Advanced Sociology & Chemistry Tutor | ICSE Alumna & UGC NET-JRF Scholar
Hello! I am Riya Andrew, a passionate educator from Kerala, India. My academic journey has given me a deep love for learning, which I am excited to share with my students online.
I completed my schooling from an ICSE institution (Trinity Lyceum, Kollam), which gave me a strong foundation in English communication and rigorous sciences. I went on to pursue my passion for the sciences with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, followed by a Master's Degree in Sociology. Driven by a desire to pursue research and teaching, I successfully cleared the highly competitive UGC NET examination and qualified for the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Sociology.
While I am a fresh face to formal tutoring, my extensive academic background means I have spent years mastering how to digest complex material, structure arguments, and crack competitive exams. I am highly motivated, deeply patient, and fully committed to helping you reach your academic goals—whether you are a school student tackling science or a college student mastering sociological theories
