About Marvin
Since my second year at the University of Applied Sciences I have been working as a professional peercoach. By doing this, I support first, second and third year students in utilizing and developing their qualities, abilities and talents. My purpose is to both cognitively and personally help the students.

My method of teaching is first and foremost very personal. The student and I first get to know each other, to make sure we are on the same page. In addition, I ensure that all the work is done in a structured way. I do this by making a planning during the first lesson (together with the student). The intermediate objectives ensure that the student achieves his / her objectives step by step.

Details
My first lesson is for free. The reason that i am doing this is because I not only think it's important that I have a good feeling during the lessons. The most important thing is that the student has a good feeling with me. The formal side of the story is about the cancellation policy. This means that, when the student is cancelling after 24 hours before the lesson, I ask the full price of the planned session. The simple reason for doing this is, that I could have helped someone else during this missed hour.
