My research interests lie in the intersection of genomics, AI/ML, and clinical diagnostics. Particularly interested in developing AI/ML-powered tools for:
Variant interpretation and clinical decision support: Automating the interpretation of genetic variants and providing clinical decision support to clinicians.
Personalized medicine: Developing personalized treatment plans for patients based on their genetic makeup.
