Chelsea has been very patient with me as I'm VERY new to singing! She has good qualities to offer as a singing tutor: kind, patient and knowledgeable. I would recommend trying a lesson with her!

Chelsea is a highly dedicated, friendly and professional vocal coach! She exudes talent, ease and joy in sharing what she knows. She creates a safe space for her students to show up as themselves and be vulnerable, which to me is foundational for artists looking to improve their craft. She adapts to your music tastes, eager to help you learn the songs you truly love. Lastly, she approaches the lesson with warmth and a real belief that she can help you get past your singing struggles and limitations—because of course, she can! In just 4 weeks, I've experienced promising shifts and growth in singing from my lowest register, as well as strengthening my mixed voice singing technique. I cannot wait to see what the future holds as I continue to practice singing under her guidance.

I have been enjoying weekly lessons from Chelsea for a couple of months and am pleased with the progress I have made as a singer! Each week we review goals and she introduces exercises that I practice during the week. Using the song, “Shallow”, Chelsea is teaching me how to use my chest and mixed voices to improve the quality of my pop/rock singing. I am learning to control the position of my larynx depending on the sound I want to make. I am feeling less tight in my vocal cords which is allowing me to expand my range when singing. Throughout the lesson, Chelsea is patient, kind, positive and gives very specific and helpful techniques for developing my voice. I really look forward to seeing Chelsea and singing with her each week and I finish feeling very happy and enthusiastic about my continued practice during the week. She records our lessons and I can use them to review and work on my technique and song. Chelsea also writes descriptive exercises for me to practice each week. I feel so happy to be learning from Chelsea as she is an excellent teacher!

I registered in a singing class with Chelsea to master some fundamental singing methods. But I am getting away with far more than that. This is a complete vocal makeover! Chelsea adds a personal touch to everything she teaches, tailoring the lessons to my vocal level and correcting my old singing habits from day one. I've only had a few sessions, but I'm thoroughly enjoying them. The teaching technique is reasonable and effective. I'm delighted I chose Chelsea as my vocal coach. ️
