I enjoy a project-based learning approach because it really helps bring history to life. A typical lesson (from the neolithic revolution all the way to modern day) looks like the lesson introduction or overview, diving into the topic, and a mini project to help bring the topic to life and help history seem less daunting or boring. These lessons are designed for teens and young adults who struggle with typical in-class lessons that gloss over many important details or fail to include different learning styles.
