I am very positive, easy-going, and confident in my abilities as a tutor. I thoroughly enjoy working with students and developing meaningful one-on-one connections with them to help them advance in learning. I have a variety of experiences with students, both in grade school and in high school/college. I am willing to help out any way I can and look forward to working with you!

I use one-on-one techniques, both as a remote and in-person tutor and use a person-first approach. This means I spend time getting to know someone before starting a session so that I know what kinds of resources would help them the most. My lessons typically include a starter activity, such as doing a review of what was discussed last time. I am set apart from other tutors in my easy-going personality as well as my patience and experience with tutoring. I have a lot of experience with a variety of students and have taught in classrooms as a pre-service teacher. This has happened with elementary and high school students with special needs. Most of these lessons would be geared toward elementary and high school students.
