About Victoria
I am an observant and supportive teacher who takes the time to understand each student's strengths, learning style and areas for improvement. Over the past 15+ years, I have taught students from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds, each with unique goals and learning needs. I believe in helping students not only meet their objectives but exceed them by building confidence, developing practical communication skills and creating a positive learning experience.
I am TESOL certified and experienced in student-centred, differentiated, game-based, blended and experiential learning, as well as online teaching. Every lesson is tailored to the individual, ensuring it is engaging, relevant and enjoyable while maintaining a clear focus on progress. Outside of teaching, I enjoy meeting people from different cultures and learning about their experiences. My hobbies include cooking, travelling and martial arts, which have taught me discipline, resilience and the importance of continuous learning—qualities I bring into every lesson.

I have been teaching for more than **15 years**, working with students from as young as two and a half years old through to adults, including business professionals, managers and executives. Over the years, I have taught learners from many different countries, including Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, China, the Philippines, Myanmar, Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Poland, Brazil and many more. This has given me a deep appreciation for different cultures and learning styles.
I am TESOL certified and experienced in student-centred, differentiated, game-based, blended and experiential learning, as well as online teaching. Every lesson is tailored to your individual goals, whether you want to improve your conversational English, Business English, grammar, pronunciation, exam preparation or overall confidence. My aim is to create engaging, practical lessons where you feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and celebrating your progress.
I understand that meeting a new teacher can feel a little daunting, which is why I focus on creating a relaxed, supportive and encouraging learning environment from our very first lesson. I am friendly, patient and genuinely enjoy helping people grow in confidence. I look forward to meeting you, learning about your goals and helping you achieve them, one lesson at a time.
