About William
Hi! My name is William, I’m 22 and fully bilingual in French and English. I’ve been helping students for about 8 years, both in person and online, with a patient, organized and attentive approach. My lessons are relaxed but serious, using memorization, direct practice, discussion and real-life situations to help you really use the language. I teach all ages and levels, from complete beginners to advanced learners who want precise correction and natural expressions. I offer online lessons, and in-person lessons if requested, with a flexible schedule adapted to each student. I love reading and writing, and seeing my students use what they learn in real life gives me real pride and motivation.

1. Teaching methodology and techniques
I use a mix of memorization techniques and direct practice in every session.
My goal is to make sure you really use what you learn, so you can progress at a steady and comfortable pace.
2. Typical lesson plan
A first lesson usually covers:
- Useful everyday questions
- Basic greetings
- The first numbers
We start by listening, then speaking those words in full sentences, and finally writing them.
We repeat this cycle until you truly understand, and I always encourage you to practice as much as possible outside of our lessons too.
3. What sets me apart as a tutor
I genuinely love teaching and seeing people grow thanks to what I share with them.
Even when things get difficult, I stay positive, patient, and solution-oriented.
