About Elif Ceren
Hello, I'm Elif Ceren! I spent my childhood abroad and the first language I learned was English. When we came back to Turkey, I never stopped my practice. I did my best to get the originals of the books I read, I did not cut off my communication with my foreign friends, I took speaking lessons in English courses with foreign teachers. In order to add to what I know, I tried to be the person who took care of the students coming to congresses from abroad at my university, I helped my professors who wrote articles in English, and I taught in an English course. I am currently continuing the article translations.

I believe that the most effective method of learning a foreign language is to be in constant interaction with that language. I do not think that learning based on a book or exam is permanent. Speaking is at the core of my lessons. I prefer not to speak Turkish with my students. I can choose the words I use according to the student profile I work with. I have a student scale from kindergarten students to academicians. The content of the courses is also shaped according to my students. I can create the syllabus for those who want to concentrate on a particular specialization or who want to improve their general spoken language.
